SHIPPING

Free 2-day shipping on orders over $1000, all others ship USPS priority. Items ship Monday-Thursday. *Friday & Weekend Purchases will not ship until the following Monday unless requested, additional express fees apply for overnight. 

RETURNS

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted up to 10 days after the item has been received. Customers will assume responsibility for all shipping charges.

Items must be returned within the 10 days and must be in original condition and in original packaging.

Please ship with signature required, insurance, and reach out to info@sarahandrie.com with tracking information in order to make sure your return arrives safely. We cannot refund returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification.


SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS:

Please be sure to communicate clearly prior to placing a custom order to make sure all the details including sizing are correct.

We do not accept returns on special orders, custom orders, or made-to-order pieces. If you have any questions, please contact info@sarahandrie.com.


REPAIRS:

Sarah Andrie Fine Jewelry is proud to specialize in fine jewelry repair. Repair is done in house and we highly encourage sending your items to us for repair or sizing when necessary.

We are always happy to repair, refinish, and clean our pieces. Customers may also send additional repairs that were not purchased at our store, each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any additional items needing repair will receive a free evaluation with a quote prior to repair which must be approved before repair is . Please see additional repair services for a list of common repairs we take in.
